Thank you for supporting MILK+HONEY Quilt Co. Each item is prayerfully handmade with care, and we do our best to ensure every package arrives safely and as expected. Please review our shipping and return policy below.

Shipping

Ready-to-Ship Quilts

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your quilt is on its way.

Custom Quilts & Long-Arm Services

Shipping timelines vary based on project complexity and our current schedule. Estimated delivery or completion dates will be discussed during your consultation. Final payment must be received before your order is shipped or picked up.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, or another reliable carrier with tracking provided.
Local pickup/drop-off may be available by appointment for nearby customers.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or duties incurred during import. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing.

All Sales Final

Because of the custom, handmade nature of our products and services, all sales are final. This includes:

  • Ready-to-ship quilts

  • Custom quilts

  • Long-arm quilting services

  • Gift cards

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at milkandhoneyquiltco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
