How do I order a custom quilt?

You can fill out a 'Custom Quilt Inquiry' and we will respond via email or text within 48 hours.

We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss size, style, fabrics, and timeline. Once details are finalized, a retainer is required to begin.

What is your turnaround time for a custom quilt?

The time frame varies based on the size and design of the quilt. On average our turnaround time is between 2-6 weeks.

Can I make changes to my order after I place it?

If your order hasn’t shipped or entered production, we may be able to make changes. Additional fees may results. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Are custom quilts refundable?

Because custom quilts are made specifically for you, all custom sales are final.

What services do you offer for long-arm quilting?

We offer edge-to-edge long-arm quilting services..

Do you provide batting?

Yes, batting options are available for purchase, or you may send your own.

How do I prepare my quilt top for long-arm quilting?

Quilt tops should be pressed, squared, and free of loose threads. Detailed prep instructions are provided after booking.

What is your turnaround time for long-arm quilting?

Typical turnaround is 1 week after we receive your quilt.

Fabric, Bundles, and Quilt Kits

How is fabric sold?

Fabric is sold by the yard, half yard, or fat quarter; and is cut in one continuous piece whenever possible.

What is included in a quilt kit?

Quilt kits include all fabric needed to complete the quilt top and binding. Backing, batting, and pattern may be included or sold separately.

Can I substitute fabrics in a kit?

At this time, kits are sold as shown unless otherwise noted.

Digital Products

Are your quilt patterns digital or printed?

Patterns are delivered as digital PDF downloads unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer refunds on patterns?

Due to the nature of digital products, all pattern sales are final.

Are your patterns beginner-friendly?
